1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Sitehandy Solutions (registration NS0159990-H), a business registered in Malaysia (“Sitehandy”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of this website and any BillingEvo plan you buy from us.

Installing and using the BillingEvo software is covered by the Licence Agreement. How we handle personal data is covered by the Privacy Policy. Both form part of these terms.

If you buy for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” means that company.

2. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about BillingEvo, try the demo and contact us. Please do not:

• break, overload or probe the website or the demo, or try to access parts of them that are not meant to be public;
• use the demo to store real customer data, send messages to real people or test payments with real money;
• copy the website’s content for another product, or use it in a way that suggests we endorse you.

We work to keep the website and demo available and accurate, but we do not promise that they will always be available, error-free or up to date. The demo can be reset at any time.

3. Plans and orders

BillingEvo is sold as plans. Each plan sets the modules you can use, the limits on active clients, staff and servers, the number of licensed domains, and the length of the support and updates period. The details of your plan, its price and its billing cycle are those shown when you place your order.

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email and you have paid. We may decline an order, for example if the payment fails or if the information given is incomplete or appears to be false. If we decline an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Payments and renewals

Plans are paid in advance, in the currency shown at checkout, through the payment methods offered there. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout.

Your plan includes support and updates for the period stated in your order. You can renew that period at the renewal price that applies when you renew. If you do not renew, BillingEvo keeps working under the Licence Agreement; you stop receiving new releases and support until you renew.

We may change prices for future purchases and renewals. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

5. Delivery

After payment, we give you access to the BillingEvo package and your licence key electronically, usually by email or through your account with us. Delivery is complete when you can download the package and use the licence key.

6. 30-day money-back guarantee

If BillingEvo is not right for your business, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase.

• The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first purchase of a BillingEvo plan.
• Renewals of support and updates are not refundable.
• To ask for a refund, email hello@sitehandy.com from the address on your order, with your order number. You do not have to give a reason.
• We refund to the original payment method. Fees charged by your bank or payment provider may not be returned by them.
• When a refund is made, the licence ends and you must uninstall BillingEvo and delete your copies of the package. Your own data stays yours; export it before you uninstall.

We may refuse a refund where there is clear abuse, for example repeated purchases and refunds under different names.

7. Cancelling

You can stop renewing support and updates at any time. Nothing renews without your payment.

8. Licence transfers

Each licence is tied to the domain you install on. To move a licence to a different domain or to another business, contact us. Transfers need our written agreement and the new owner must accept these terms and the Licence Agreement.

9. Support

During your support period we help you install, configure and use BillingEvo, and we fix defects in BillingEvo that we can reproduce. Support does not cover:

• custom development or changes to BillingEvo’s code made by you or others;
• your server, hosting panel, operating system, email delivery or network;
• third-party services such as payment gateways, domain registrars, DirectAdmin and WhatsApp providers;
• recovering data that was lost without a backup.

10. Third-party services

BillingEvo connects to services run by other companies, such as Stripe, BayarCash, CHIP, domain registrars, DirectAdmin and WhatsApp providers. You need your own account with each of them, and your use of them is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their availability, fees or decisions, such as a gateway holding your funds or a registrar refusing a domain.

11. Intellectual property

The BillingEvo name, software, documentation and the content of this website belong to Sitehandy or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in them other than those set out in the Licence Agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data;
• our total liability to you for all claims relating to BillingEvo, this website and these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for BillingEvo in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects existing customers, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Changes do not apply to a period you have already paid for.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
